Experience the distinct advantage of working with CSG Insurance Pros
Are there costs associated with purchasing my insurance through a CSG Insurance Pro Agent?
No! You can access our unbiased services as an independent insurance broker at no extra cost to you. Plus, our full-service Agency will continue to serve you year-to-year at no cost.
When do I get my Supplement or Advantage card?
You will typically receive your Medicare card approximately 3 weeks after you apply.
What if Original Medicare doesn't cover the services I need?
Original Medicare does not cover things like vision, dental and wellness plans. For this advanced coverage you may decide to enroll in a Medicare Advantage Plan (Part C) or additional stand-alone coverage with your Medicare Supplement plan. There are many different Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans to choose from.
How do I know what doctors I can see?
If you have a Medicare Advantage Plan, you must use the doctors and other providers in your network. Be sure and check with your doctor before your visit to ensure that they accept your plan. With some private Fee for Service plans your doctor may decide they can no longer see you, even if they have treated you in the past.
With a Medicare Supplement Plan, you can see any doctor that takes Medicare anywhere in the country.
What if I move from my state?
Because Medicare is a federal program, your Part A and Part B will not change if you move to another state, but your options for your Advantage (Part C) and Prescription Plan (Part D) will likely change. It is important that you contact Medicare as soon as possible to ensure there are no disruptions in your coverage. You should also contact us at CSG Insurance Pros so we can help you choose a new Part C or Part D plan that is offered within your area.
GOOGLE REVIEWS
We value your feedback! If you are happy with the service you’ve received, we would greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to complete a short Google review. Your input helps us provide the best possible experience.

PERFECT SERVICE REVIEWS
One of the reasons why we keep almost all of our clients year-to-year is our consistent outreach and availability to our clients. The Perfect Service Review is integral to assist our clients in understanding how to access the benefits they most need.
The ‘PSR’ occurs approximately 3 months after enrolling in a new plan. We review benefits that may need a little handholding to understand how to access a benefit. A example is an “Over-the-Counter” benefit which provides a credit to be used at a participating pharmacy or a healthy food credit. Understaning how and where to use benefits like this can be confusing. We want you to get every last benefit from your plan.
