Read moreWhy independent
Why Arizona seniors choose an independent Medicare agent
An independent Medicare agent can represent multiple carriers and explain plan options available through those appointments. With CSG, you get hands-on support before and after enrollment without a separate client fee.
Plan options from multiple carriers
Independent Medicare agents can represent multiple carriers. CSG can compare plan options from the carriers it represents that are available in your Arizona ZIP code, rather than showing only one company's lineup. Carrier appointments vary, so ask which companies and plans are included.
No separate fee for CSG's help
CSG does not charge clients a separate fee for plan-comparison or enrollment help. Insurance carriers generally compensate agents, and compensation can vary by carrier, product and enrollment type.
A relationship that lasts, not just an enrollment
At CSG Insurance Pros, we do not disappear after you enroll. We review your plan every year during the Annual Enrollment Period, alert you to changes that affect your coverage, and are always available when you have questions. That is why 96% of our clients stay with us year after year.
A Comprehensive Protection Plan, not just a Medicare card
We go beyond plan enrollment. Our licensed agents can help clients build a Comprehensive Protection Plan around needs Medicare may leave behind, from dental and vision to prescription coverage and optional riders.

Common questions
Straight answers, before you call anyone
These are the questions Arizona seniors ask us most often. If yours is not here, our full FAQ page goes deeper, or you can just call and ask.
- Should I use an agent for Medicare?
- An independent Medicare agent can be appointed with multiple carriers and compare the plans those carriers offer in your ZIP code rather than only one company's lineup. Carrier appointments and compensation can vary, so ask any agent which companies they represent and how they are paid.
- How much does a CSG Insurance Pros agent cost?
- CSG does not charge clients a separate fee for its plan-comparison and enrollment help. Insurance companies generally compensate agents, and compensation can vary by carrier, product and enrollment type.
- How do I know which doctors I can see?
- Provider rules vary by Medicare Advantage plan, so check both the plan's current directory and the provider before receiving care. Most Medigap policies work with any provider nationwide who accepts Medicare, although Medicare SELECT policies may require a network for non-emergency care.
- When can I enroll in Medicare?
- Your Initial Enrollment Period generally begins three months before you turn 65, includes your birth month, and ends three months after. Medicare Open Enrollment runs October 15 through December 7, while the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period runs January 1 through March 31 for people already enrolled in Medicare Advantage. Medigap has a separate one-time six-month Open Enrollment Period that begins when you are 65 or older and have Part B; outside it, underwriting or guaranteed-issue rules may apply.
- What areas of Arizona does CSG Insurance Pros serve?
- We serve seniors across Arizona, including Tempe, Metro Phoenix, Mesa and Mohave County communities such as Kingman, Lake Havasu City and Bullhead City, as well as Yuma, Prescott, Sierra Vista and Camp Verde. Our only office is at 2151 E Baseline Rd Ste 101 in Tempe.
