February always feels like a month that encourages us to slow down just a bit – maybe because its shorter, maybe because it’s centered around the heart. Either way, we wanted to check in and say hello.
Meet the Team
This month we’d love to introduce (or re-introduce) Tina Jones, one of our Amazing Customer Service Agents. Tina specializes in providing amazing customer service for our existing clients, as well as helping them in choosing a new plan during enrollment periods.
Tina has been a part of our team for 3.5 years and loves helping clients feel confident and comfortable with their Medicare choices. When she is not at the office you can usually find her traveling or spending time with her family. She recently traveled to Italy with her mom and sister!

Medicare Open Enrollment Is Still Open
Medicare Open Enrollment runs through March 31st. If you recently enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan, you still have time to make some changes. You may be able to change to a different Medicare Advantage plan. If something about your plan isn’t working the way you expected – prescriptions, doctors or coverage – this is your chance to adjust it.
A Friendly Reminder:
Many people assume they’re “stuck” once January passes, but that’s not always true. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, were always happy to review your options and help you decide what makes the most sense for your situation.
